They say that “when it rains, it pours.” And in Utah, when it snows, we go indoors…to play soccer.
We are excited to have the multiple opportunities listed below to make soccer a year-round sport here in the snowy Rocky Mountains. Come play with us!
INDOOR LEAGUE
1. Our partners at Promise South Salt Lake are CURRENTLY registering youth from 4 years old thru 6th grade to play in their indoor league. See flyer below. Hurry and REGISTER HERE!
2. We are forming TWO teams of refugee boys aged 16 years+ to play in a one-month league with our friends at the adult Refugee Soccer league. Teams are 5 players + goalkeeper, plus subs.
Games start February 4th for four weeks in February. Games are held from 6-8PM at the indoor Sporting io facility. Address is: 2530 S W Temple St, South Salt Lake, UT 84115.

INDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS
1. Refugee Soccer Sundays!
Starting Sunday, January 29th, 2023 we will be running indoor training sessions at Sporting io. The address is: 2530 S W Temple St, South Salt Lake, UT 84115.
Session schedule is as follows:
- 9:00AM – 10:00AM: Ages 6-9
- 10:15AM – 11:15AM: Ages 10-13
- 11:30AM – 1:00PM: Ages 14-18
There is no cost to attend and both boys and girls are welcomed and encouraged to come play with us.
2. Refugee Soccer Saturdays!
Starting Saturday, February 4th through March 25th, 2023 we will be hosting free training sessions at Central Park Community Center 2797 S 200 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84115.
Session schedule is as follows:
- 10:00AM – 11:00AM: Ages 6-9
- 11:15AM – 12:15PM: Ages 10-13
- 12:30PM – 2:00PM: Ages 14-18
There is no cost to attend and both boys and girls are welcomed and encouraged to come play with us. Registration with Promise Salt Lake City is required and can be completed in advance or in-person.
